Futuresay.net's online lessons are provided by Learn2 UK Ltd, for which the registered address is Learn2 UK Ltd., London, SW15 6LR, United Kingdom. The company provides English language education through online lessons and webinars. We also employ independent examiners to interview you and assess your progress every eight lessons.  

Our Service

Lessons

Unless otherwise specified, all of our lessons are taught by professionally qualified tutors. They hold the CELTA, or Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.

Reports

You will receive a report after each lesson with advice from your tutor.

Assessments

Before you start lessons, you will be invited to book a 15-minute introductory assessment with one of our teachers. The person assessing you will help you to define your goals, as well as your strengths and weaknesses in English. She will also give you a score based on the grade that she'd expect you to receive in an IELTS test. You will then be invited to take additional assessments after every eight lessons.

Payment, Packages and Refunds

Billing

Futuresay bills per lesson, with each unit representing 60 minutes of teaching. There is no charge for assessments. They are included in our monthly packages. Our prices are set in pounds sterling.

Packages & Validity

Lessons can be booked individually or in packages of 4, 8 or 12. If you buy a package, you must use all of those lessons within 30 days of the first lesson. When you book a 30-day package, you must also nominate a fixed time for each of your lessons.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated, our prices are set in British pounds and payments are made online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Refunds

For packages of 4, 8 and 12 lessons, if you attend your first lesson and are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund up to 24 hours after the lesson is completed.  

Scheduling

Bookings

You must pay for all lessons at least 24 hours in advance of the desired time. When you book a 30-day package, you must also nominate a fixed time for each of your lessons. Futuresay cannot confirm your booking until payment has been received.

Rescheduling

If you book a package of lessons, you can reschedule lessons once every 30 days, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice.  It is not possible to change the time of one particular lesson more than once.  For details of how to change the time of a scheduled lesson, please see our rescheduling page.

Conduct

Futuresay does not accept offensive or anti-social behaviour by its learners or teachers. We will investigate any report of such behaviour.

Age

To register as a learner with Futuresay, you must be over the age of 18. Parents who register on behalf of their children are required to approve teachers on their behalf.

Personal Data

We do not store credit card details or share our users’ details with any third parties.

Changes to these terms
